Jacob Therkelsen

Jacob Therkelsen has more than 20 years of professional advisory experience and has specialised in corporate finance and M&A since 1998. He has a broad range of experience from audit, transaction service, M&A and capital markets advisory. He has led numerous transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side involving public and private companies, private equity and structured debt finance, restructuring and accelerated M&A.

Before founding Consilio Partners, Jacob worked 18 years with Deloitte as manager and Corporate Finance partner.

Jacob holds an Executive MBA (Hons), a B.Com in banking and finance and a B.Com in financial and management accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
