Peter Zdrinka Nannestad

Peter has more than 25 years of experience in financial and strategic advisory services. With a background as an auditor for owner-managed companies, he possesses a broad skill set and deep insight into both the operational aspects of businesses and the private financial affairs of business owners and their families.

He has global experience, including a CFO role in Malaysia, the launch of an outsourcing project in India, and an entrepreneurial venture with partners from Stanford University in Silicon Valley.

Peter has worked with business valuations at Deloitte, raised capital for scale-up companies in Denmark and the Nordics, and most recently built PwC Denmark’s Small Business M&A practice, SME Dynamic, where he led numerous valuation and M&A projects.

He holds an Executive MBA from AVT Business School, an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud.) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School. He has also completed several leadership programs at PwC and Deloitte.
