Wilson Zhu has over 20 years of international banking and advisory experience specialised in leveraged finance and cross-border M&A. Wilson has established a strong relationship with European and Asian investors and financial institutions, such as private equity firms, multinational corporations, banks, and leasing companies. Wilson has completed numerous transactions across the diverse sectors from energy, consumer, and technology to transportation, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals. Wilson has been working globally in Denmark, Norway, Germany, U.K., Japan, and China. Wilson holds a MSc in Economics and Finance from University of Bath and Copenhagen Business School.
