Who are we?
Consilio Partners is an independent (strategic and) financial advisor with a focus on the purchase, sale and development of small and medium-sized companies. From our office in Copenhagen, we assist customers who seek professional advice for their most important transactions. The office in Copenhagen was founded in 2014 by Jacob Therkelsen, who has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance.
Global reach
We are the Danish member of euroMerger, an European network of independent and professional corporate finance advisors specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory and financial advisory.
euroMerger has members from 14 different countries:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain, Turkey and Germany.
